REAL Week 437

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

What Navy SEALs are required to do to make it into BUD/S:
Right up front: Never in a million years could I do what is required. However, I needed to start somewhere. Considering how fit the SEALs are, I figured it was a good place to start. So my SEAL puppy reps (SEALp) consist of girls' pushups, crunches, and flutter kicks, a SEAL training basic. I started with doing one of each.  Since my accident I haven't done these, but I'm working to add them back into my routine.

UB ~ Upper body exercises

SEALFit shared some good hints I want to learn and remember:

92. Giving Thanks (Holiday, USA series novella 11) by Laurel Hawkes clean contemporary Christian romance. 

93. An Epiphany Gift for Robin by Joyce DiPastena clean Historical Christian romance short story, an introduction to a full-length novel. 

94. The Girl by the River by Joyce DiPastena clean Historical Christian romance. Another short story leading up to the above full-length novel. 

95. Operation Notorious (Cutter's Code series) by Justine Davis contemporary suspense romance. Another story from Justine Davis. She never disappoints me. I'm only sorry there isn't another Cutter's Code story coming out for a while. For my readers who prefer clean stories, there's one bedroom scene and a few swear words.

How'd I do?

Walked a mile. Half my usual length but I didn't want to overdo.

Physical therapy was done.

Feeling better. Cold is improving. Blessedly.

Not much reading. Too tired.

Made cherry jello.

Comparatively speaking, to the last few days, I ate better yesterday.

Give the battle to God.

Praise God in the storm.
